Effective Monday, March 23rd all appointments will be transitioned to phone or video chat sessions, per new regulations and permissions allowed by most insurance companies, our medication and therapy providers have changed to primarily providing tele-health to keep you and your loved ones safe. There will be no face-to-face appointments. Please see the Services page for more information about tele-health.
Our providers are using doxy.me, which is a HIPAA compliant video chat program. No downloads are required to use this system. Doxy.me can be accessed using any smart phone device, tablet, or computer with video capabilities. For best results, make sure you are on a reliable wifi network and allow access to your camera and microphone when you login. The link is the same at each appointment, so please save the link that you are provided. It is recommended to access the link 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you do not have an appointment scheduled do not use the link.

In order to eliminate confusion with multiple reminder messages, we will be simplifying to ONLY sending our previously provided automated message. Please remember that appointment reminders are a courtesy and it is your responsibility to know your appointment time, be available at your appointment time, and be in a setting where you feel comfortable to have your appointment confidentially. If your provider is running behind, they are able to send you a chat message on the doxy.me program to advise you of this. Keep in mind, we are in a time of crisis for many patients and wait times may be longer. If you ever have a problem with the doxy.me program or are unable to take a video call, please text our office number so that we can advise your provider.
Some of our providers may begin seeing patients in the office again. If this is an option, a member our of team will contact you. Please be aware our reminder messages are automated and cannot be modified on an individual basis. If someone from the office offers an appointment in person please disregard any automated message that states otherwise.
If you have a credit card on file, the amount of your patient responsibility will be processed within 24-48 hours after your appointment. If you would like to change or verify your payment information for your patient responsibility, please contact us by email 24 hours prior to your appointment. As a courtesy, if payment information is not on file, the staff will contact you before the appointment to discuss. In the event you have not heard from the staff prior to your appointment, ultimately it is the responsibility of the patient to make sure an up-to-date payment information has been provided before your appointment.
We appreciate your patience during this time of adjustment. We are working hard to accommodate you all as best as possible while keeping everyone safe and healthy. Our medication and therapy providers are continuing to schedule appointments for existing patients using telehealth options. If you have an initial appointment already scheduled in the upcoming weeks, it remains on the schedule and we will be contacting you to discuss forms.

Please include your name, date of birth, provider’s name, and a quick and brief message and a phone number. Keep in mind, during this time we are having a high volume of patient calls and emails and this is NOT a phone number for emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, please dial 911 immediately.
Currently, some of our therapy and medication management providers are provisionally accepting new patients during the COVID-19 pandemic on a case-by-case basis. If you have never thought about doing therapy and find yourself during this time of crisis exploring this option or if you are considering restarting therapy or medications due to the additional stressors of this trying time, please see Services for more information about our offices' ability to provide tele-therapy and tele-medicine.

Friday: 9:00 - 3:00 pm.
